Landlord Insurance shields the landlord in the event of a tenant not paying rent, vacating the property early, or causing any damage to the property. RentCover Ultra safeguards landlords in the occasion of loss of rent, damage or property, and liability risks.

RentCover Platinum gives landlords’ building and contents insurance in addition to the loss of rent, property damage and liability risks. Content insurance includes insurance of items in the property in the occasion of damage.

We provide guidance to our landlords when applying for insurance, and assist in making the process simple and stress-free.
